A friendly, helpful and efficient service. The boat was well prepared and Simon, who talked us through its operation, gave us some useful tips regarding our proposed route , recommended pubs for an evening meal and location of stores for provisions. We would certainly use Alvechurch Marina again and would be happy to recommend it to friends.

Excellent service from Dave, Nigel and Katie when we had a small issue with the boat. They drove out to where we were on the route and fixed the issue promptly and with a great attitude. The boat itself was great, kitted out with all your needs.

This is our 4th hire from ABC (the first 2 from Gayton Marina and the 3rd & 4th from Springwood Haven). Customer service is always top class. I asked to pick the boat up an hour early and they were happy to oblige, and on the one occasion that I needed to call the marina for advice they were very helpful By the way, the new WiFi is so much better than the previous system.

What a wonderful way to holiday. Great handover with all the information you could need and the chap even came a little of the way with us as we were complete novices. Checking the boat back in was straightforward too and everyone was so nice and helpful.
