Beautiful boat. Spotlessly clean. All the comforts you could dream of. The technical support was priceless. The weekend route from Hilperton was scenic and not too complicated, so perfect for inexperienced boaters.

We were four inexperienced boaters, but we got all the help we needed from ABC Boat Hire! The boat itself was well equipped, spotlessly clean and held a high standard. We chose an easy route, but we want to return and try some more locks. We would absolutely recommend ABC Boat Hire both for rookies and experienced boaters.

Clean, modern and very good layout (for 6 people). We should have limited the flushes for the toilet! The red light came on after 5 days! Our fault!

Nice, clean boat . Very good layout, with Wi-Fi. Free gifts (olive oil bottles). Nice introduction, not too long-winded (as we are an experienced crew). Friendly staff.

It was OK bit tight but expected. We are experienced boaters but listened to good advice & information provided.

Bit less contempt for customers. Took 2 days before they changed clearly duff batteries. Not enough power, fridge defrosting. Accused us of not running engine long enough. Which was utter nonsense. Toilet filled up far to quickly. Again tried to make us feel guilty, hoping we wouldn't claim pump out back. Having said that it was made clear to us that all the staff didn't have the same attitude.
