Reception when we arrived, processing the forms and introduction to the boat were all carried out efficiently, promptly and in a friendly manner. Same applied to return of the boat, checks and final invoice. The boat was very good. This crew has had canal holidays together for several years and found no fault with this boat (there usually is some problem). It is a good feature of the Alvechurch marina that there is a pub serving food on site.

Our boat was well equipped and maintained and the handover process was smooth. We received clear information about available routes.
