The Foxy Lark was equipped beyond our expectations. Super clean and tidy and ready to go. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had a wonderful week on board cruising the Ashby and Coventry canals.

The boat was very comfortable and well equipped. It was easy to handle and had everything we needed. We are regular customers and they gauge the handover perfectly according to our experience.

Thank you for your feedback :) The Canal and River Trust do there upmost to maintain the UK Waterways however, the water levels can be out of their control. We do ask that our customers report any issues on the canals and rivers so we can report back to CRT to improve the network.

The canals water level very low so boat continually dragging along the bottom.

The boat was not up to the standard expected. Certain aspects was not clean on handover, the general cleanliness of the boat was not good, in particular dirty and greasy cutlery and baking tins in oven, plus a dirty hob. The 240 volt electrical system did not work, despite a number of calls to the boatyard in an attempt to resolve this, resulting in being unable to use onboard hairdryer, microwave, toaster and mobile phone charging facility. The pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable to use. The tunnel light was useless by being too weak, making passage of long tunnels very difficult.
