Friendly and helpful welcome. Detailed information and instructions for handling the boat and how to refill the water supply. The boat was in a clean and tidy condition, and all equipment worked satisfactorily. The web site provided videos and printouts on canal rules, boat information operating locks etc. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Fun and relaxing trip on the canal. Wish there were more boater-friendly pubs. Some were very short hours that they served food.

Had a wonderful time on our boat. We had a couple of questions during the cruise about how to work some of the amenities and they answered the phone and helped us figure it out right away. Only minor complaint is that the beds were a bit uncomfortable with the cushion seams in the middle. Everything else was great.

Prisvärt och faktiskt mer än vi förväntat oss. Båten var ren och snygg och färdplanen, Black Country Ring värd en resa. Dock kan vi inte rekommendera att gå ut ur Birmingham via Birmingham-Fazeley canal. Miljön är inte lämplig för turister, allt för mycket social misär fram till man passerat Aston.

Very good service and we were mostly well informed before we set off. It would have been helpful to know that we should check the closing times of the Aldermaston lift bridge as this would have saved us time on both outward and return journeys. Some small issues on the boat -a missing door handle to bathroom and some signs that the boat was not thoroughly cleaned, but nothing that spoiled our overall experience. Staff were very polite.

There were a few things on the Veery Thrush that could be improved on. Egg cups, toast rack would be a good addition. Kitchen cupboards under the sink never stayed shut.
