Saknade dock information om bunkring av livsmedel. Lite mer information av vad som gäller tilläggsisolera g när det var trångt på angivna platser och hur man skulle göra då.

As always, the service is great. Lovely clean and well-equipped narrowboat. We have hired from ABC many times and will continue to do so. We would recommend anyone to hire from them particularly if they are first timers as the tuition is fantastic. When you're on your holiday they are always contactable 24 hours a day for any emergencies

The canal itself was often clogged with "weedburgs", large floating islands of weeds that had broken loose from the bank. The canal was also shallow, especially close to the bank causing us to run aground when passing other boats.

Very friendly staff at reception, technical boat review, pump-out and on return. The boat was lovely - clean and handled well. Good selection of cooking stuff, including sharp knives and a kettle with spout opening and closing buttons (so you don't get burnt).

They allowed us access to the Marina laundromat to wash clothes prior to our charter. The boat was in excellent condition and everyone was friendly and helpful. Excess baggage storage was also an asset. All advise about moorings in Edinburgh and along the route was accurate and valuable.

Excellent customer service, the boat we had was immaculate. Hadto call for an engineer once but he arrived very quickly and very soon had us back on our way. Our only gripe was the internet allowance which was a little bit measly (something like 330 mbs per day). It's enough for browsing and email etc but no good for streaming. As TV reception is always a bit hit and miss on the canals streaming would have helped.

Was surprised at how busy the Llangollen canal was and how overgrown in places effectively limiting to one way working. A Canal and River Trust employee said the the vegetation issue was due to the shortage of water preventing maintenance craft accessing, but to me the growth dated from far before this summers "drought".
