Although an older boat, it was still well prepared as always and did us proud with no issues. Such a friendly team with a swift handover as we are regular users- a nice team and a pleasure to come back to Whitchurch.

All was great other than there were no charts or canal maps given, or on board which was a little disconcerting.

We had a great holiday, everything was excellent from booking to hand over and Tufted duck itself. All the staff were friendly and helpful

Boat well equipped and clean. Problems with Wi Fi. Kept having to log in every time we used it. Code given supposed to be valid for 1 week, but sometimes didn't work at all or only lasted 24hrs. Not because we exceeded data allowance. Required frequent phone calls to marina to get new codes. A few more hooks for coats etc in interior would be useful. Fridge inadequate size for number of people on board
