Liangollen Canal was tremendous. So varied and capped by crossing the aqueduct and the sectionto Lllangollen itself.

Excellent. The boat was well prepared. The staff at Wrenbury were very positive, friendly and helpful. The holiday was capped off by beautiful weather and the Llangollen Canal was fantastic. Before the holiday, the information provided was really good and the booking process very easy and efficient

We would recommend ABC Boat Hire, the staff on collection were very helpful and informative, however we did experience a few issues, some of which became very annoying, we had no television at all throughout our week and very limited wifi. The boat itself was very tired and could do with some up grading the radiators were rusty and needed a coat of paint to restore them, there were a few lights that were not working, and various trims were loose. The vacuum cleaner had very poor suction, and wouldn't pick up anything. We were not informed about additional nightly mooring fees!

Each year I hire a narrowboat from ABC and each year the discount they give me increases. The marinas are easy to access, no queuing in traffic, no long check-ins or sitting in airports for endless hours. An hour from arrival I am on-board and underway. The boats have always been well maintained and presented, by a team of people who know their boats and local canals well. Slipping the moorings and setting off instantly takes me to my happy place - a p;lace of living in the moment, focusing on the now rather than worrying about a million other things in my personal and professional life. ABC enable me to step back, get some perspective and reflect on life. They are good at what they do.

Boat was clean and everything worked well. Wifi a little lacking is the only complaint albeit a small one.
