Absolutely fantastic boat, couldn't have asked for more. Great week and couldn't have dealt with a better boat yard at Anderton. Everyone we dealt with was polite and welcoming.

We were told there would be some volunteers to help with the locks, but no-one around especially needed on the first lock, but by the end of holiday, we nailed it. Lovely scenery, well equipped kitchen apart from no can opener & toaster kept tripping. Lovely touch with towels, bedding etc provided.. overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I was disappointed at the cleanliness, lots of cobwebs/dead spiders. We weren’t given enough bedding for all the beds and so I spent a very uncomfortable few nights with my daughters thin blanket and no pillow resulting in us cutting our trip short by a night and when I told the lady at ABC Boat hire, she was disinterested and was more concerned with charging me an extra £27.50 for fuel which I was surprised at as I’d already paid for £50 worth of fuel and we only went to Nantwich. Overall, I found the service underwhelming.
