First boat the wife and I hired was in1967. We have hired many boats, yachts, barges. cruisers since then. This the first boat we ever hired that I had no issues with. Everything was there. Worked. And was clean. CH good. Layout excellent. TV for first time ever had excellent reception in all locations. Boat staff and reception were excellent. Safety instruction was unique and directed by a really competent member of staff.

The gentleman that talked us through the boat was excellent, informative and polite and very helpful. The receptionist who greeted us and took us through the lock training was rude, condescending and not very helpful - she accused us of being rude - not great terminology to use to a customer

Really enjoyed our holiday, everything great. Only thing we would change is the width and hardness of the beds. All the people super friendly and helpful.

Our first time on a narrow boat , bit nervous to begin , but the instructions were very reassuring and put us ease , we had an excellent trip .

The holiday was lovely - friendly staff, well-stocked narrowboat, even the weather stayed dry! Only reason we did not give 5 stars was the boat fixtures and fittings were a tad tired and showing signs of wear and tear and could do with updating.

Great customer service, sorted out a change of dates with ease. The boat was had everything we needed and we were given lots of handover information both verbally and through videos. Staff were very informative and helpful when issues arose on the canal that were out of our hands.

The boats are quite basic in their interiors. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the pillows were so flat due to a lot o& use.. The Hoover did not pick up well . On the whole everything was looking old, no quality anywhere and dated.
