The boat was very clean and well equipped, everything you needed down to toilet roll! Friendly, helpful and informative staff, nothing too much trouble (we were first timers). I would certainly recommend ABC Narrowboat holidays.

Be aware, if you're a novice there is a lot to learn, hard work and concentration are needed, and you ideally need at least three to deal with locks etc effectively. However, great fun, great adventure, the fellow 'boaters' were very helpful, and ABC were terrific.

A brilliant holiday again, this was the third time we have used ABC and the standard was as good as ever. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them and we will be going back.

Service was excellent. We got the boat stuck so Sam and the manager I think his Name is Paul came out and sorted the situation , very professional. I've been twice last year once this year and will definitely be coming back.

Everything went right with the boat from handover to hand back. Although the weather was mixed,you can't control that.

Everyone was so lovely and helpful and were only a phone call away if you needed anything. We are planning to go back again for a longer trip next time. Absolutely fantastic ***
