Boat was immaculately clean. Everything was there in the kitchen that was needed. Lovely pillows and duvets. Handover staff were helpful and informative. Only criticism would be the small size of the toilet, but we are larger sized people!

It was a great activity holiday. The boat was clean and tidy with everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Always clean, well equipped boats and excellent service. Only downside was the boat was showing its age with a few niggling faults

We arrived at 1330 registered our arrival, informed the Boat was still being cleaned. Did the walk through with a Lady from the Office after 1430, the fact that we have hired from ABC 6 times in the past 6 Years & one of those an Eagle Boat, should maybe have adjusted the intro tour ( I know what a passageway Door is). Then waited our turn for the Mechanical Intro which was very Good especially as the Man had a Trainee in Tow. We eventually left the Marina at 1630.

Thank you for your feedback, which we will forward to the marina. We do ask customers to allow up to 2 hours from the stated arrival time of 2:30pm for our team to complete the handover process. We understand that it can be frustrating if you are a seasoned boater but certain information does need to be covered regardless of experience. 1st class service from start to finish. Girls in the office and Charlie whom handed over the boat were great. Boat was spotless with everything we needed

We really enjoyed our holiday on the boat. It was well laid out and all the provision that you would need were provided on the boat. The only issue we had really were the beds were really uncomfortable, i got hip pain and they felt lumpy, being two single beds put together, and using coil mattresses we couldn't move close together and one bed was lower than the other. We thought we would have been offered the extension on the matress, but were told we had to ask for it, but I'm not sure this would have helped though.

A few initial problems with the boat. Filler hose nozzle fell into filler pipe. Paul at Whitchurch did well and helped us get moving again within the hour. NO need for that hose nozzle!! Problem starting on second day. Battery problem. After that all went well. Weather brilliant.

Two things distracted from 5 stars, 1. the seating in the aft cabin could be better, apparently the portside bed is not considered to be used for seating but a back cushion for this would make it a very suitable seat. 2. The wifi set-up could not be retained on our phones/tablet, every time we needed to use it we had to reset it up, why?

Generally good but the amount of time spent listening to and watching videos was OTT. Lots of duplication ie we watched the boaters guide before leaving home but then made to watch it again at the boat yard. I understand H&S is paramount and the additional requirements due to the pandemic does add time but our departure was probably delayed by at least an hour more than necessary. Also no usable parking spaces available in the secure compound by the time we tried to park. We arrived an hour before the requested time so not our fault.

Thank you for your feedback, which we will forward to the marina. We must ensure customers have watched the safety videos before taking our boats. We understand this can be frustrating if you have already watched them at home but as there is a lot of information to take in, we feel it is not time wasted. Our secure car park can fill up during busy times but we do also offer parking by the Marina building. We hope you enjoyed your holiday and we look forward to welcoming you in the future.

From the minute we arrived we were welcomed and looked after! Handover friendly, professional, comprehensive and covid respectful. The boat was spotless and well equipped! Lots of tips on moorings, where facilities could be found, how to handle locks, bridges tunnels etc. As first timers we were excited but a little apprehensive. But we left the Marina feeling confident and had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and would definitely do this again!
