Hired a boat for 7 nights from Hilperton. Really enjoyable holiday, relaxing, and lots to do along the way. The boat was clean, tidy and well equipped. Thankyou ABC.

We really enjoyed our holiday and can't fault any aspect of the service, boat, support and booking process. The only things I would suggest were that I would have liked to have had the option of (reusable) plastic glasses instead of glass tumblers in the kitchen, and a mattress topper would improve comfort on the double bed because the two cushions slipped apart in the night!

We do state on our confirmation emails that the collection time is 2:30pm and your handover process can take up to 2 hours. We do advise contacting the marina prior to your holiday to see if there is a possibility that the boat could be ready earlier. We hope to see you again soon.

Good instruction but would have been useful to tell us how to turn the boat around most efficiently. Lack of canalside or nearby pubs or eating places

The boatyard staff were friendly and efficient. The boat was well equipped, clean and tidy and for a narrow boat had lots of storage and living space that suited perfectly. The canal scenery was beautiful and the pubs along the route served great food.

The staff were efficient and professional, as well as really helpful, particularly Heather and Robert. The boat Snow Bunting was a real 'home from home' for the time we were aboard and we will definitely be using ABC again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

The marina at Whitchurch were excellent. I could not fault them. The boat was ok, the actual design of the sleeping was awkward, but that is no reflection on the marina.

The boat is well laid out. All the supplies you would need are available on the boat. It is wonderful to just pull up along the tow path and wake up to the countryside with swans and ducks swimming by.

We had some problems with the toilet not flushing on the 3rd day out. It did flush eventually.

Thank you for your feedback. We have checked with the Marina and they were not aware that you had a problem with the toilet during your holiday. We do encourage all of our guests to contact the marina if there are any issues during their holiday as often they can be resolved over the phone or if necessary an engineer will come out. Staff helpful, boat well kitted out , clean and comfortable. Could have done with an extra frying pan. Red light ion toilet next to kitcehen came on on day 3
