easy, good value, clean, people at ABC boat hire marina we went to were really friendly. Boat was a bit late to get ready but then we were a bit late getting back too - everyone very relaxed so all fine.

The pleasantness and helpfulness of all the staff at Gailey could not be faulted. They came out to the boat twice when we had a blocked toilet cheerfully and willingly. We had minor issues with the boat, a plug that didn't work and a quite frightening loud booming noise from the water tank as it adjusted to more or less water. We felt better once the engineer told us what it was, but it was still a loud unpleasant and regular noise. Otherwise, the boat was warm and comfortable and we had a lovely week.

Great holiday on the Monmouthshire and Brecon canal, scenery stunning, ABC Boat company excellent, boat almost fully equipped.

Dealing with ABC has been very easy as they are both efficiency and accommodating. Both boats were well presented, just a shame we had problems with Brown Weaver but again the response was quick and attentive to my crew's needs.

Such a good experience with abc boat hire from start to finish. Had a great detailed intro to using the boat and tour of it. Some of us had been on one before but not for a while so was a good refresher. Our average age on board was lower than you’d expect to hire a narrow boat but we didn’t get treated like it Which was much appreciated. We knew we could call if any problems. Had the best weekend, the boat was equipped very well with everything we needed. We returned and boat was easily handed over and staff were very helpful and friendly. Can’t fault it.

An excellent set-up at the boat yard. Comprehensive briefing. A lovely boat. The waterways were interesting. Access to support when the boat didn't start.

Lovely boat but the shower didn't work properly it just trickled and the heater that done the radiators was very noisy also could do with one chair so i could of sat with hubby while he was driving and instead of picture in bedroom should be a mirror could see to dry my hair

The boat was really lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful before we left, especially as we were first timers. The holiday was really relaxing and we managed to get so much done without coming home feeling more tired than we started.

Again a lovely, relaxing holiday. The weather wasn’t kind but the boat’s heating kept us warm even in the snow! Super, friendly welcome from the team in Goytre Wharf and made us feel at ease. Lovely boat, amazing scenery and a fun filled adventure. Thank you
