Great holiday, very warm. Small problems. Water in the engine bay, no monitor to see if we needed a pump out, some items not working. We all had a stomach bug by the end not sure what caused this. Scott was great in coming out after hours to attend the bilge problem.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, introduction to the boat was thorough and well done, the boat was clean and well organised as well as everything we could need for our time on board.

5 stars because I felt the boat was well kept and comfortable.The handbook and dvd was very helpful. Kitchen equipment was perfect. The staff very helpful and responsive by telephone. I would have liked there to have been a permanent form of sunshade whilst steering the boat as there is no shelter from the elements.

We had a great time on the trip. The boat was very clean and had everything we needed, dispite Covid. The whole process from booking to collecting and dropping off the boat was extemely well dealt with. I would like to particilarlly praise the lady on the front desk on the day of our return, who was so patient with a lady who needed some help ( in the queue before me when I was checking out after our trip). The customer was not hiring a boat but meeting a friend on one of your boats and needed help with directions and various things - she was not orgnaised yet your receptionist went over and beyond to help her. She was also on the reception desk when we picked up the boat and again it was a busy day with and she worked so well under presssure, extremely calm and very lovely. Thank you

We'd never had a canal holiday before so were a little nervous but we had no reason to be. It was a very relaxing holiday, and we loved it all. So much so that we want to do another canal boating holiday again soon. The only section I rated good was the instruction and handover. The engineer that did the handover was lovely but there was an issue with the boat once he helped us to set off. We moored up and he said he would get help and we had to wait over an hour which was very frustrating. But to be fair once they did get back to us it was fixed and we set off. That is the only negative, we can't fault the boat it was spotless. The boat yard was small which gave it a more personal experience and they were a very friendly bunch at Wrenbury. I'd highly recommend

Booked last minute, everyone was very helpful. Liked the boats little extras with the table on the front deck.
