Boat great, apart from rear cabin bed & poor WiFi Two single beds to make a double without a zip attachment, doesn’t work. Woke up regularly down a hole in the middle. We run our own holiday let in Norfolk & use zip&linkto join two beds together. Works perfectly. Even if you had strapping to keep beds together would be better. Wife just persistently dropped signal- we all gave up on it. You shouldn’t advertise WiFi unless it’s reliable. Overall, you’re lucky to get a 4*.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your time on the Barred Warbler. We do state on our website that access to the internet is totally reliant on it being able to connect to the mobile telephone network. Without access to that network there will be no connection, and this connection cannot be guaranteed at any time. We are trying hard to improve this going forward. We have been made aware of issues with the beds previously and are looking at ways to improve this. We hope to see you again soon.

From the outset, the website was easy to navigate and booking was as easy as ABC ! Suggested routes and timings were really useful. The booking office staff were lovely to deal with and very helpful. Wrenbury Marina was easy to find and with ample parking. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome. The boat was well prepared and had everything you could need for a holiday afloat. After the preliminaries and handover, we were ready for departure in minutes. The holiday was excellent and upon our return, check out couldn't have been easier. We look forward to our next trip from Wrenbury.

Thank you for your feedback, I have passed your comments on to the marina. Our red diesel is set at a competitive price and the price can sometimes change on a weekly basis. All our boats are cleaned when they are returned to the marina and then prepared for the next hire. We hope to see you again soon.
