We had a lovely break despite the pouring rain. The boat had excellent cooking facilities, central heating and was very comfortable.

Helpful staff on hand. The fridge was slightly broken so I notified the staff before we left.

Brilliant holiday, boat was lovely, well kept, clean on arrival & staff helpful. The training on how to steer the boat and all it’s workings inside & out was thorough & very informative also very friendly.

Enjoyable experience under difficult circumstances. Trip would have been improved were the canal better maintained. Nevertheless a relaxing holiday which was what we wanted.

Excellent boat, good layout prefer kitchen and lounge areas at the rear. We select a week with good weather which makes all the difference.

ABC were first class in handling the impact of pandemic in refunding our original trip, and planning the second attempt. We started well on the boat but because of a sluice problem below Bath, the boat was grounded. ABC provided alternative accommodation and agreed the holiday should be curtailed, with a fair settlement offer. For no fault of ABC, our boating holiday has sadly not been possible in 2020 but we hope to be afloat in 2021 with ABC.

There were 3 ladies on my trip, we really enjoyed the experience, boat was clean on arrival and information about the boat and how too stear very good. The make up bed in seating area not very comfortable, wouldn't call it a double. Help on hand if you found yourself in trouble. On arrival woman on reception was very abrupt. This unnerved us a bit seeing it was a new experience for us all. She did mellow later.
