Everything worked really smoothly - from getting briefed and boarded through to the efficient handover at the end of the trip. Very friendly staff - which is why we keep coming back to ABC. This was not our first time with ABC, and it won't be our last!

Even though it rained for two days solid we had a fantastic time the boat was superb and clean staff at the boat yard fantastic and easy to deal with so all in all a brilliant weekend handover was complete in minutes from arrival to setting off less than 15 minutes couldn't ask for more

Allt fungerade till full belåtenhet förutom detta.Vi fick 2 dinetter + 6 enkel istället för 2 dubbelbäddar + 6 enkel som stod på orderbekräftelsen. wifin slutade att fungera efter 1 dag. Kylskåpet fungerade inte de 3 första dagarna men fick det lagat i Worcester onsdagkväll. Samt var nyckel till slussarna sliten så vi fick kila emellan träbitar i vissa slussar (Wolverhampton till Birmingham). Tillsagt vid framkomst.

It was a fantastic experience. The boat was well equipped nice and tidy. The machinery worked perfect. In all a friendly and professional handling. We were very satisfied.

Good boat and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The route Gailey to Norbury junction was a bit disappointing as there was little wildlife on display and the Shropshire Union canal sections very enclosed with woodland allowing little in the way of countryside views to take in.

Easy going attitude towards the learning of the proper boat use. Facilities where great and the help and info given on arrival and throughout was very useful.

Zeer goed verzorgd. Boot was goed uitgerust (fornuis, oven, magnetron). Hulp was oproepbaar indien nodig. Vriendelijke service en uitleg. Echt een aanrader.
