Very nice boat but getting a bit tired. Several minor things were broken eg, some catches for the cupboard doors.

It was fantastic during the day but because we were told not to run the engine after dusk and not turn it back on till dawn we froze every night on the boat. As for the condition of the boat it was flawless and so well equipped. Could not fault it at all except again for the heating after dusk and during the night.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Marina's advise customers to turn the heating off before they go to bed and not to run it through the night, as this may drain the battery and mean that you are unable to start the boat the following morning. We hope to welcome you back aboard again soon.

Despite the age of the boat, it was an excellent one for the sx of us that utilised it as Team Excercise. On collection it was in excellent condition and very clean inside and out. Excellent handover by Reception and Roy the engineer, despite I being very experienced. wi

Boat was aged and tired for the start of the season. Tank water tasted and smelt stale as if the tank was not maintained. Shower riser was broken and unable to hold shower head. Light above basin didn't work. Mattress was over used and sank in middle, uncomfortable after a while of laying on it. Marina staff all helpful and friendly.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. The water tank was emptied and flushed out at the end of last years holiday season and then treated and flushed through prior to the beginning of the season in March. The shower riser was found to be broken on your return and has now been fixed as well as the bulb replaced in the light above the sink. Our mattresses are replaced regularly as part of our boat maintenance program but your feedback has been passed on to the Marina for their consideration. The boat was well equipped and boatyard staff charming. Our only complaint was that the beds being wider just means that the space around us less so we had to spend the weekend shuffling like crabs!

Thank you for your feedback, we have had a mixed response regarding our wider beds which are available on our new boat classes. The extenders can be removed and left at the Marina for any of our customers who would prefer to have the extra space rather than a wider bed. We hope you will all be back to see us again soon.

Just brilliant. Great service from the team. The boat was spotless and ready to go. Only one draw back. If you want us to watch a video on how to operate the locks, why not send us the dvd than waste time at the boat yard. Secondly, the run through of how to operate the boat was a bit long winded. And repeated. 5th time I hired, the other 4 times was with opposition. I shall be using your firm again.

We do send links to the Boaters DVD on our website with your holiday confirmation and encourage our customers to watch it before arriving at the Marina. There are certain parts of the DVD that have to be watched during your handover for safety reasons, regardless of how many previous bookings you have had. We look forward to seeing you again!

Everything excellent - marina staff great! My only complaint is the fridge was rubbish as the bars on door kept falling off and bottle kept falling out.

Would give 6 stars if could, great staff, well equipped boat with plenty of untensils, all needed is clothes and food, enjoyed by all great holiday loved the experience, staff handover at start and returning was great, We already talking about booking for longer next year. Loved the locks and chose a canal with stair lock.
