We had a wonderful time except for the amount of derelict -abandoned boats, sunken vessels abusive tramplike residents abusing ABC CUSTOMERS they blamed for sinking their scrap vessel. To many boats moored up on the canal these boats have not moved in years and are not capable of doing so .(licences out of date) etc

Staff at the yard were excellent, pleasant and very helpful which has not been the case with other yards that we have used. We have hired this layout of boat before so we were familiar. Apart from not being able to get on to the Severn because of the weather, evryhting went well

No problems with anything. Only issue was recommendation of Barley Mow. It was awful.

It is disappointing to hear that you weren't impressed with the pub. Our Marina staff are always asked for pub recommendations and with pubs always changing hands they rely on feedback from customers to keep this information up to date. We hope to see you again soon.

Service great boat great but was over an hour late setting off, but this may be the fault of the people who had the boat before us maybe they were late back or the boat was very messy. It won't stop us returning in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. From 2:30pm we ask guests to allow up to 2 hours to complete the handover process. This time varies depending on how many notice crews there are and how busy the Marina is generally. We're pleased you enjoyed the holiday and we look forward to seeing you again.

Had a fantastic narrowboat short break such nice people at gailey wharf where we picked up our spotlessly clean narrow boat home from home first time on a narrowboat loved it 100% we r booking again for a week and taking the in laws the whole experience was truly relaxing the boat was perfect it had a shower better than ours at home everything we needed on board great bunch of guys who showed us around and gave us our instructions perfect time now I know what I’m doing when I retire from my job can’t wait to return next year many thanks to you all for a truly wonderful experience .

Very disappointed with the quality of the boat, many things not working, and the fact that we only had the boat for a weekend and all 4 gas bottles where empty leaving us with no heating or cooking facilities for our last day.

Smooth and informative handover then off we went, weather was not great( lashing rain and 60 miles wind ) but we made the most of every day and although we were unable to make it to Edinburgh we still had a lovely time.

The staff at Gailey were friendly and helpful. The boat handled really well. We just thought that it was a little tired and more basic than other narrowboats that we've hired in the past. Overall though, we enjoyed our canal holiday very much.
