boat was ready on time, clean and tidy, everything was as it should be, instruction time was a bit short, For the future it would be nice to have a gauge for the water tank, even if its just a dip stick, or a plastic tube up the side of the tank, not essential but definitely would be helpful.

The boat was prepared for us beautifully. It was a very new boat and was extremely well appointed. Very comfortable. A special thanks to Gail whose efficiency, flexibility and clarity was very impressive. And also to Ron who talked us through the ins and outs of the boat usage and proposed routes with great patience and expertise. We didn't want to let him go when we set sail!

Our training was spot on for four new guys, our location for the trip was outstanding making it perfect, and the boat was excellent & very well equipped much more than we needed with not planning on cooking for our trip.

Excellent holiday. Only comment would be to have more staff available for instructions as we had to wait a fair time before we could get going which is frustrating when we arrived at the required time.

This was a very nice, quiet and restful week on the canals. We enjoyed exploring the little towns along the way. It was a little disappointing that we could not complete our original itinerary because of unexpected repairs on that route, but the alternate routes had interesting stopovers, not to mention the waterfowl on the canals to watch. The staff at the Gailey Wharf were very helpful, both at the beginning of our trip and especially at the end when they got us checked out first thing so we could make our train connections. I would consider booking another week with ABC and we have talked to friends about our good experience

New boat. The layout was excellent for two couples as the sleeping areas are either end of the boat with bathrooms and communal areas in the middle. Saying that we like reverse layout boats. The problems we had were that the tap water was undrinkable even for cooking. I don’t think the tank had been flushed through properly. We ended up buying water in 5 litre bottles and filling those up when we watered. The other disappointing problem was the design of the pull down seat in the saloon. Very poor design. Yes easy , if heavy, to put down but it was far too low for the table. We had to sit on pillows to make it workable! Also there is absolutely no back support making it uncomfortable to sit on during the evening. Please look into this. We popped into Alvechurch marina and mentioned this. I think they took photos. Otherwise lovely holiday in superb, if somewhat hot, weather

We had an amazing holiday on the canal. Mixture of eating out along the route or self catering in the well equiped galley. Totally relaxing 7 days, yet no time to get bored. We did a trip to the ‘Big Pit’, mountain biking and walking. Guide book purchased in the Marina was an essential and pack sensibly, less is better as minimal storage on board.

The boat was very clean and well stocked. Due to traffic we had been late but were still welcomed, shown around boat and just spent first night in yard. The morning information handover was great.

Great boat well appointed loads of space for four of us, as you would expect as it is a six berth! Shame it kept wanting to turn right, legacy of a bent rudder from a prior encounter, I would imagine. Still, kept you on your toes and gave you a bit of a work out.
