Excellent customer service, Staff very helpful and friendly (especially Jackie) .Boat was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend . Was such good fun, and very relaxing, can't wait to book again next year!

The admin prior to the day was excellent. The handover on the day was really informative, speedy and helpful. If you are taking more than one car let them know so they can reserve spaces. This wasn't made clear for us and with a beer festival on, the yard was pretty full. Accommodation on the boat was clean and comfortable. We expressed concern over the fridge, at handover and a replacement was found without hassle. All very recommendable. Thanks ABC.

Super holiday. Only black mark was having to call out the engineer on Sunday evening when we lost all domestic electrical power. He sorted it out quickly and we lost no travel time and had no further problem.

We had a great holiday to market harborough, enjoyed stair case locks etc and weather The boat looked a bit tired inside Fadded curtains, duvet covers, damaged flooring. Very old toilet that you had to lean behind to switch the water on and off. Not pleasant.

We had a problem with engine on first day which meant no 240v supply till 2nd day.

Thank you for your feedback. We have checked timings with the Marina and they have confirmed that there was a 20 minute wait from the point that you requested your handover until the time it started. The handover then took 34 minutes in total. We do ask customers to allow up to two hours from arrival to the completion of their handover as they may be some waiting during busy times. We hope to see you again soon.

Has to be one of our best weekends ever! We had so much fun along the canal, enjoying the scenery, wildlife and the comfort of the narrow boat with great friends, we had a blast!

From arrival to departure...a very professional outfit. Initial training video and a personal guide round the narrow boat, thanks Jason, were superb and put my mind at ease that we could do this long awaited experience...they did however forget to tell me about the 36 locks I would encounter on my first ever day underway :) :)

Thank you for your feedback. Although our Marina staff are always happy to discuss routes with our customers we do also recommend that you do some route planning before arriving at the Marina. The Tardebigge flight does feature in all of our route information on our website and it does make up a good percentage of 116 locks which form the Stourport Ring.
