The staff were efficient and professional, as well as really helpful, particularly Heather and Robert. The boat Snow Bunting was a real 'home from home' for the time we were aboard and we will definitely be using ABC again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

The marina at Whitchurch were excellent. I could not fault them. The boat was ok, the actual design of the sleeping was awkward, but that is no reflection on the marina.

The boat is well laid out. All the supplies you would need are available on the boat. It is wonderful to just pull up along the tow path and wake up to the countryside with swans and ducks swimming by.

We had some problems with the toilet not flushing on the 3rd day out. It did flush eventually.

Thank you for your feedback. We have checked with the Marina and they were not aware that you had a problem with the toilet during your holiday. We do encourage all of our guests to contact the marina if there are any issues during their holiday as often they can be resolved over the phone or if necessary an engineer will come out.
