We have previously used ABC Boat Hire and was impressed with the boat and service. On our latest hiring we were again very pleased with the boat but also the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We had booked a shopping delivery to the Marina and on arrival the order had not only been put on the boat bt had also been put away. Our only slight matter of concern was the hiring of boats to stag parties (of which this company was not alone) but clearly there were a number of boats travelling up and down the canal with all the occupants well under the influence of alcohol which resulted in our moored boat being collided at 7.15am. That said overall we had a great time again.

Das Boot war tip top vorbereitet und der Start trotz verspäteter Rückkehr der Vorgänger vorzeitig möglich. Das komplette Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die aktuellen Reiseinformationen waren zutreffend, wir konnte trotz Dammbruch bei Middlewich und teilweise extremem Niedrigwasser eine interessante, schöne und erlebnissreiche Tour fahren. Der Anderton Boatlift ist ein "Muss" und die Natur der Weaver Navigation sehr beeindruckend. Es lohnt .

It was our first time on a narrowboat even though the bar headed goose is 69 ft long we managed really well.We hired her for 4 nights and comfortably got to ellesmere returning to wrenbury, the route is very pretty and mostly quiet. The staff at wrenbury marina were very helpful and the boat was very clean.

Really enjoyed the experience. Handover was good and amenities were more than adequate. Equipment and boat were in excellent condition and both practical and easy to use and stow.
