we had a fantastic time on board our boat, It was so comfortable clean and well equipped. Everything was so simple to use, Handling the boat was very simple and great fun.

Nothing was too much for any of the staff, even though they were busy with people all arriving to book their boats out they made it like you were the important party.

Great boat - as an examples really good water pressure in the shower and really clean. Lovely, efficient friendly staff. We will certainly be booking again at some point.

ABC staff at Whitchurch very friendly/helpful. Boat condition excellent. Trip to Chester very enjoyable. Unfortunately, my 83yr old mother fell out of your very narrow single beds and injured herself. Went home on 3rd day [hence 4 stars].

Great Boat , everything clean & tidy , well equipped kitchen , showers hot . The staff very helpful in giving us instruction on where everything was on the boat. A perfect 3 days getaway.

The oven didn't work. The wifi app didnt stay connected so had to go through log on on each time . It was on the book. But would have appreciated having toilet flushing lights grern/red drawn to my attention on check in.

The boat was first class,the boatyard folk very helpful,we’ve used this yard several times before and are totally pleased with all aspects . The boat was particularly lovely- t.v in the bedroom,a lift up board to widen the bed- brilliant! Thank you again to the kind lady that navigated us in via the phone,cos I stupidly got lost before we even got to the yard !! Also,we left our little dog bed behind and they very quickly posted it on ,thank you again- from said doggie !! **

It was one of the loveliest holidays we've ever had. Everything worked perfectly, and the marina couldn't have done enough for us. We have now got the bug and want to explore more canals. Thank you for the experience - we will be doing it again and soon!
