Communication from booking to the start of the holiday was good. There were changes due to repairs on the canal and we were made aware of this. The canal boat waa very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. A really good experience and enjoyed the time on the canal.

They were very friendly and helpful. We received clear and helpful documentation before we arrived. Conrad gave us a very thorough explanation of the boat and how to do everything (even though I had driven one before). When we left and realized we were missing the water tube, they quickly brought one out to us.

Our trip from Falkirk to Edinburgh was an unforgettable experience. This route is ideal for beginners, with very few challenges along the way. There are no swing bridges, very little traffic from oncoming boats, and only three locks, all operated by staff. The Falkirk Wheel was a definite highlight and a must-see attraction. Mooring in Edinburgh was easy and completely hassle-free. The area felt safe and peaceful, with only local people walking or cycling to and from work. There was no noise or partying nearby. Water was available at the mooring, and a supermarket was just 150 metres away. Overall, a very relaxing and problem-free boating holiday.

Unfortunately we were not able to pickup at Wrenbury Mill due to drought - canal route was closed. This was explained ahead of the holiday.

The company was well organised and the boat was very clean and well looked after. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. Would definitely recommend for four adults - two more people would have been a bit too cosy. Beautiful weather for sitting outside, although there were parts of canal inaccessible due to drought. Our first experience of a barge holiday- every thing was well explained.

1 week trip from Gailey to Nantwich and back along the delightful Shropshire Union canal. Lovely countryside.

Brilliant experience, and incredibly helpful staff. There were problems with low water levels and they were really good at talking us through the options. We had a problem with the hot water pump which they fixed immediately. Lovely people, I would go again tomorrow.
